Fallowfield is a mile south west of us and it’s mostly students, which shapes what we get asked for. Term time weekends are blow dries and hair up, usually wanted the same week.

The other thing we see plenty of is colour somebody has had a go at themselves in a shared kitchen. That’s a proper job and not a quick one, so say so when you message and we’ll put the right amount of time aside instead of finding out at the sink.

I tried to colour my own hair and it has gone wrong. Can you fix it?

Most of the time, yes. But it wants looking at before it gets booked in. Send us a photo in daylight on WhatsApp and tell us what went on it and roughly when. Box dye and bleach behave differently, and old colour sitting underneath changes what’s possible on the day. Colour correction sometimes takes two visits. We’d sooner say that now than halfway through.

Is there a student discount?

No, there’s no student rate. What we’d point you at instead is a weekday appointment. It’s quieter, there’s more time in it, and for anything like colour correction that’s worth more to you than money off. Message us and we’ll find you one.

Can I book at short notice for a night out?

Ask. Blow dries and hair up are the ones that can usually be squeezed in, and someone cancelling is a normal Friday. Send us the day and roughly what time you need to be out and we’ll tell you what’s left.
