Allow two to three hours for a full head, and longer if you’re going lighter or correcting something. We tell you the time when we quote, so you can plan the rest of your day around it instead of guessing.

Usually, but not always in one sitting. Dark hair that has been coloured before often needs lifting in stages with a rest in between. We’d rather tell you that at the consultation than push it in one go and hand you back damaged hair.

Keratin smooths the hair and cuts drying time, and it washes out gradually over a few months. Permanent straightening changes the structure of the hair, so it doesn’t wash out and grows out instead. Which one suits you depends on how straight you want it and how much you mind the regrowth line.

Yes. Curly cutting is its own thing and we treat it as such, working with the curl pattern, not cutting it flat and hoping. Come with it as you normally wear it, not freshly straightened.
